The Participant Journey

Young women move through a structured pathway that builds skills, work experience, and income. The journey combines practical training, real work exposure, and continuous professional support. Learning takes place at our centers or remotely using affordable technology and internet access.

Skills Training
Participants complete 3 to 6 months of intensive, market-led digital skills training. The program includes leadership development, academic guidance, and technical support from day one.

Work Placement
Participants transition into hands-on internships with employer and industry partners. This stage focuses on applying skills in real work environments and building professional experience.

Economic Outcomes
Participants move into income-generating work or employment.
85% secure jobs within three months and earn up to three times more than peers without digital skills.

Continuous Mentorship & Career Support

Mentorship and career support run throughout the entire journey. Participants receive guidance from in-house technical specialists, external industry professionals, and alumni mentors during training, work placement, and transition to employment. This support strengthens performance, confidence, and long-term career readiness.
